Our Love Story

Date Night started the same way most good recipes do.

Not in a commercial kitchen or with a business plan, just in my own freezer.

I started making these as my go-to dessert after dinner. Dates, creamy peanut butter, fresh fruit, and dark chocolate were already staples in my kitchen, and freezing them turned them into something I genuinely looked forward to every night. Before long, making a batch became part of my weekly routine.

Then I started bringing them to family dinners, weekends with friends, and anywhere dessert was involved. They disappeared faster than anything else on the table, and before long, people weren't just asking for the recipe—they were asking me to bring another batch.

That's when I started wondering if other people were looking for the same kind of dessert I was: something made with real ingredients that still felt like a treat. Something you could feel good about eating without feeling like you were settling.

So I kept perfecting the recipe, one batch at a time. What started as a staple in my own freezer eventually became Date Night, a dessert I couldn't wait to share with everyone else.
